The New Eve Academy is an online Catholic membership platform that supports women through conception, pregnancy & family planning.

We offer practical natural fertility learning & motherhood support as part of an environment that encourages you to seek holiness and make an impact in the world like God intended from the beginning.

God gave us the mandate for motherhood and our bodies have been naturally designed to achieve this. So, we believe that the primary approach to fertility should be natural.

We provide step-by-step natural fertility education to support women to achieve healthy pregnancies or avoid pregnancy at different stages of motherhood including postpartum and menopause.

Holiness

“he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy…” (Eph 1:4)

Everyone is called to communion with God and mothers are no exception. In fact, we believe that the motherhood vocation provides a unique opportunity to find God in love & service.

We offer theological & spiritual courses and resources to help you live your faith and find holiness in motherhood.

We are missionaries of God’s love. It is in woman that love first takes root (Mulieris Dignitatem § 29). This love leads us to eagerly desire to transform the world around us and will it back to God just like He intended it from the beginning.

We offer courses on career & personal development specifically created for mothers to help you make an impact in your community and/or workplace.

The 5 Steps of the New Eve Method®

The New Eve Union

The role of belief systems on health has been widely established in the social sciences because they influence actions and consequently results.

The New Eve Union helps women to understand and align their beliefs around their fertility to God’s vision for motherhood so that they can create motherhood goals that work for them. It helps to connect and reconnect to God who calls them to be fruitful & multiply.

The New Eve Confidence

This is involves women identifying stories that pose emotional & mental blocks and keep them from achieving optimal health & fertility. It also involves replacing those stories with strong positive messages and relying on the confidence that comes from the beliefs identified in the previous step. This step is crucial for sticking to positive changes and creating sustainable healthy habits.

The New Eve Diet

This step looks at creating a highly personalised nutritional plans that enhances women health & fertility. It involves carrying out personal assessments and working with women to integrate healthy food choices into their diets to boost their health, menstrual cycles and fertility.

The New Eve Rhythm

Every woman has daily and monthly rhythms; both of which are essential to her reproductive and overall health. The New Eve Method® uses a sympto-thermal approach to help women identify their unique rhythms and boost them for conception & natural family planning.

The New Eve Influence

No woman lives in a vacuum, she is influenced by their environment and she in turn influences her environment. The focus of many health initiatives has been creating sustainable environments for women and this is incredibly important.

However, this New Eve step is also about empowering women to identify their own unique circumstances and qualities so that they can make the changes they need. It is about leveraging their own skills to create an environment that supports their fertility while also making a difference in their communities.

My period had been short, scanty and dark for many years so I signed up for the program with the hope of getting a healthy period restored. After 3 months, I can honestly say that this program delivered up to my expectation. I have now recorded 2 periods with medium flow (first month was 2 days, 2nd month 2.5 days), in normal period colour. I'm not entirely there yet, but I do see light at the end of the tunnel for the first time. I used to suffer very terrible and chronic ovulation and period pains which have disappeared thus far! My period is totally painless now. No nipple pain, no back pain, no pelvic pain. I also started to track my ovulation with OPK and I see my body working before my very eyes. The food plan that I followed changed my sleep pattern, I believe adjusted my hormones, helped me shed some excess weight, and overall, improved my mind (yes, turns out food does that). I have been able to stick to the plan even after the 3 months, and have chosen to remain with it because it has worked for me a great deal and still has more to deliver. This is one program that is totally natural and holistic because in my case, it did not involve using any medications other than the regular supplements that I had been taking prior to my commencement. The greatest thing I learnt from the program has been the ability to understand how my body works, and to a large extent, the possible root cause of the hormonal problems that I suffered for many years. I am truly enlightened and satisfied.

This project was novel to me, but I decided to give it a try despite my doubts...now I can tell you this programme is excellent! In six short weeks, I have learnt so much about my myself (mind), my environment and my body - things I didnt know but should have! Every aspect of the masterclass is engaging, impactful and easy to understand. The Programme was very timely for me. It assessed my unique situation and gave me a specific focus. Best of all, within a few weeks of the programme, I started noticing changes in my menstrual cycle. The days between my periods were long and irregular, but it shortened considerably. Additionally, the blood flow which was previously scanty (2 days) increased to 3 days. Also, there was some brown, but the colour improved to red all the way!

I have been exceptionally blessed to come in contact with Bridget especially during my first pregnancy. Being a first time mum to be, I was diagnosed to have excess sugar in my urine and I panicked because it wasn't healthy for my body. Bridget helped me during this process with my diet. FAQs

Do you follow the Church's teaching?

We follow the teachings of the Catholic Church in its entirety and always hold the Pope (the successor of Peter) and the magisterium in the highest regard.

I am Novo Ordo, TLM etc? Does the academy support my spirituality?

We welcome every form of Catholic spirituality as long as it is sanctioned by the Church. The Holy Spirit continues to move in the Church in different ways and as Christians we follow Christ’s prayer that ‘they may be one’.

I have irregular periods & ovulation, will this programme help?

Yes, you can benefit from this programme because irregular periods & ovulation are caused by hormonal imbalance, among other things. We address this in the programme.

I am looking to improve my menstrual cycle & fertility. How long before I start to see results?

Most women begin to see results within a couple of months but every woman is different. The natural fertility approach can take time because it is gentle and non-invasive.

I am not Catholic, can I join?

Absolutely! You are welcome to join but you will need to be comfortable with Catholic-Christian faith & spirituality.

What do you mean by making an impact in the world?

We believe that every woman can and should discern how to serve their community even as they raise their children. Some woman do it through a career outside of the home though not every woman is called to do so. You will be encouraged to discern how you can serve your community, parish etc.

How can this programme support my husband?

The programme is designed primarily to support women with their fertility and motherhood but it includes a module that shows you how work with your husband for conception & parenthood.

Can I use this fertility approach even while receiving medical support from my physician?

Yes. Our natural fertility approach is not designed to replace the treatments you receive from your doctor but to help you to understand your fertility and create a lifestyle that supports it naturally.

Can I also get private support?

Bridget offers discounted private consultations to members but this is subject to availability.

Can this work with my current natural family planning method?

Our natural family planning approach uses a sympto-thermal double-check method which you can use by itself or in combination with many other popular natural family planning methods.

What if I miss a live support session?

Sessions are recorded and available for up to 14 days so you can watch them later. You would also be able to send us your questions through our dedicated and secure contact form.

I am not resident in the UK. Can I join?

Yes, you can join the programme even if you are not resident in the UK. The programme is online and can be accessed from anywhere.
