New Eve AFRICA

Dedicated motherhood support for African women in & out of Africa

In the UK alone, 1 in 7 couples struggle to conceive (NHS, 2023) and 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss (Tommys, 2023). But perhaps most significant is the fact that black women are 3.7% times more likely to die during and soon after pregnancy (MBBRACE-UK 2020).

It is clearly a public health issue (PHE, 2018), however we often approach this mostly as a medical problem, requiring the use of medical procedures.

New Eve AFRICA is an online platform to support African women to be healthy mothers.

You don’t have to be resident in Africa to join, all African women can join from any part of the world. Get help to:

  • Learn natural fertility strategies for conception
  • Tips to navigate motherhood
  • Join a community of other African mothers & mothers-to-be.

Our work is based on the New Eve Method® – a natural human ecology model designed to support women for motherhood in a way that aligns with how they were created.

Women’s bodies have been naturally designed to have children and when supported to optimise their natural balance, women can improve their menstrual cycles & fertility for motherhood. This includes conception, pregnancy, natural family planning & overall wellbeing.

The model was created by Bridget Alabi and is a product of her extensive research on the human ecology model of disease/health as a social scientist, her experience of working with countless women as a holistic fertility therapist and her studies in theology.

The New Eve Method® consists of 5 key factors; Union, Confidence, Diet, Rhythm and Influence.

Your Host

Hi, I am Bridget! I am a Catholic natural fertility therapist & theologian. I am also the founder of the New Eve Centre and will be your host if you join the New Eve Programme.

I created the New Eve Method® based on my research, my fertility work with many women and my own personal experience. I know first-hand what it is like to struggle with infertility.

My work (and life mission) is to support you and many other women to conceive and give birth to healthy, beautiful children. But that’s not all. I am committed to helping mothers thrive too. Happy mothers raise happy children and make tremendous impact in their societies. I hope to support you on this journey.

Hi, I am Bridget! I am the founder of the New Eve Centre and I will be your host if you decide to join the New Eve Membership Programme | new eve programme

FAQs

Can I do this programme even while receiving medical support from my physician?

Yes. Not every woman needs medical fertility treatment, many women can optimise their fertility and menstrual cycle naturally without medical interventions. However, the focus of this programme is not to replace the treatments you already receive from your doctor but to help you to understand your fertility and create a lifestyle that supports it naturally.

Please let your doctor know that you are on this programme.

Do I have to be an African woman to join this membership programme platform?

Yes, this programme is designed to provide a homogenous & accessible natural fertility platform to African women. If other women join, it would defeat the purpose of the platform. Please check out the New Eve Programme for motherhood support.

How long is the programme?

It is a membership programme, you can stay for as long as you like.

I have irregular periods & ovulation, will this programme help?

Yes, you can benefit from this programme because irregular periods & ovulation are caused by hormonal imbalance, among other things. We address this in the programme.

I am already a mum, how can this programme support me?

Even if you are not trying to conceive, this platform can help you to optimise your health & menstrual cycle for your own wellbeing and for natural family planning if you want to avoid pregnancy without contraceptives. You can also look out for events that support mothers.

Is this a Christian programme?

This programme is rooted in Catholic-Christian foundations but you don’t have to be Christian to join. You will have access some of our Christian resources and you can use them if you wish. It is totally up to you.

I have another question

Please email us at admin@thenewevecentre.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that even though this programme is taught by a qualified holistic fertility therapist, it is not a medical programme and does not replace your physician or midwife’s care. It is an educational programme designed to help you to understand your fertility and empower you to create a lifestyle that supports your fertility for motherhood. Please see our disclaimer.
