This programme will help you to be emotionally and physically prepared for childbirth by teaching you a healthy pregnancy diet, Tai-Chi pregnancy exercises and effective visualisation techniques so that you can have a truly wonderful birth experience. It would be of benefit to you if:
- You are a first-time mum and you are worried about what to expect during labour.
- You are not a first-time mum but your previous childbirth experience was traumatic; you want to approach your next childbirth experience with more confidence and peace.
- You want to avoid medical interventions and have your baby as naturally as possible.
- You want to be as healthy and fit as you can possibly be for childbirth and beyond.
The programme is based on the premise that God’s original intention was not for us to be distressed over childbirth and prepare you to have an empowering labour experience.
